Tai Chi classes are instructed by James Lee, and are held at Covenant every Tuesday morning at 10:30 AM.
If you are interested in the benefits of meditative, low-impact balance and strength exercise, come join us this week for an introductory Tai Chi lesson. Our classes are free!
The public is always welcome to this and all our community Front Porch activities.
You are also welcome to join us for any of our worship services on Sundays and holy days.
